For the function of this website it is not necessary to collect personal data.

If you order our City Guide we need your name and billing address, delivery address or your vacation hotel and a desired date for delivery to the hotel.

This personal data is used exclusively to answer your request and will be stored by us only as long as it is necessary to contact you and process your request. Personal data is only passed on by us if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the collection of data.

Collection and processing of access data by provider log files

Online order

The presentation of the products in the online store does not represent a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. For technical reasons, the images of the products may differ in color from the originals and the language edition shown on the pictures serves only as an example.

By clicking on the order button you place a binding order. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of the order immediately after the order has been placed. However, this confirmation email does not constitute the acceptance of your order. Within 2 days you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail, with bank details for the transfer of the amount to be paid.
Upon receipt of payment, we will send your Garda City Guide or deliver it to your accommodation at the agreed time. It is not possible to collect the guide yourself.

Should the ordered product be out of stock, we will inform you in the order confirmation and agree a new delivery date with you before you make your payment.

Payment

Payment is currently only possible by bank transfer. A bank transfer is the safest way for you and we do not need any sensitive data from you.
After we receive your payment, you will receive your invoice and order confirmation by e-mail.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days (from the date of receipt of the goods) without stating a reason.

To exercise your right of cancellation, simply send an email to: info@gardareport.com.

You have fourteen days from the date of your cancellation to return the goods. If you have already made payments, we will refund them as soon as we have received the undamaged goods.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
